Quizi AI is not intended for and does not target users under the age of 13. **We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.** Users should not enter their date of birth or any other personally identifiable information if they are under this age. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will take immediate steps to delete such information from our records. Children may use the app in guest mode only, but parental supervision is strongly recommended.

Data Retention & Deletion

• **User accounts & profile information:** Stored securely until you choose to delete your account. Upon account deletion, all associated personal data will be permanently removed.
• **Generated quiz content:** Stored on secure servers for the purpose of personalizing your learning experience. There is a manual deletion option for generated quizzes within your account.When a quiz is deleted, all associated data — including attempted answers and bookmarked quizzes related to that quiz — will also be permanently removed from your account.
• **Guest data:** Automatically removed upon logout or after 15 days of inactivity, whichever occurs first. This data is not recoverable.
• **Email OTP (One-Time Password) information:** Deleted automatically within minutes after successful authentication or expiration.

Third-Party Sharing

We value your privacy and assure you that **we do not sell your personal data to third parties.** We may share limited, necessary data with trusted third-party service providers solely for the purposes outlined below and under strict data protection agreements where applicable:

• **Cloud providers (e.g., AWS EC2, S3):** For secure data storage (including generated quiz content), hosting, and backend infrastructure services.
• **AI models for quiz generation (e.g., Google's Gemini API):** We transmit your uploaded content (text, images) to these AI models for the sole purpose of generating quizzes. While we do not send identifiable personal information along with your content to the AI provider, please be aware that the AI provider's own privacy policies and terms of service govern their use of the data processed through their API, which *may* include using such data for model improvement or training. You consent to this by using our service.
